Thank you so much for all that you did at Hannah and Alex’s wedding. Although you have been doing events for me for nine years, Saturday was the first time that I have ever been able to sit and watch you close up and I, like all the other guests, was blown away by what you did right in front of my eyes. Everyone was talking about you for the rest of the evening. I hope that you didn’t mind me asking you to do a bit longer and I appreciate the discounted rate that you have given. I have put the cash in the post to you today, it should be with you tomorrow. Please just let me know that you have received it.

I hope that Saturday may lead to new bookings for you and I will hopefully be using you at other events in the near future. Thank you again for helping to make the day such a success.

Dear Chris,

I am sorry that it has taken this time to thank you in writing for your marvellous magic show at Pearl’s birthday dinner.  The magic tricks must have been magic, because none of us could see how they could possibly be tricks. Every one was brilliant.

I suppose that we shouldn’t have been surprised by this as we knew that you are at the very top of the magic tree. But what we didn’t quite expect was how perfectly you shaped your performance, using exactly the right blend of mystery and humour, to enrapture everyone –  from the five young children (aged 4 to 10), through their parents and up to their (not quite so young) grandparents.

Thanks so much: it really made the evening memorable.

Now back home in France so time to thank you for traipsing down to Leander on Friday. What a great evening you made for us all and we raised about £8000 which in todays world was pretty good. It was good to see you again and to watch the look on my old bosses face when he found his watch in the card pack!

“Good reports” does not begin to explain the feed-back that your show generated

I think it’s fair to say that everyone there on Saturday had all seen quite a few magic shows and perhaps they could be forgiven for thinking “here we go again” when you were introduced.

To a man (and woman) everyone thought your act was simply the best magic act they had ever seen.  For the rest of the night and then on Sunday morning, every so often, people would just start random sentences with “how the hell did he do that ….?”.  We concluded it must have been magic !!!

It was a special act, delivered extremely professionally and with great humour.

I am sure you will get some repeat business from it and if you want me to write a formal testimonial, I would be very happy to do that or alternatively, I’d also be happy for you to use this e-mail.

I’m sorry I kept you waiting a little on Saturday. One or two of our guests turned up a little late and fairly late in the day the Hotel agreed to push our dinner back by an hour.   I know that must have inconvenienced you a bit and I’m sorry about that.
